International R&D Insternships
We work with Universities around the world, providing the opportunity for young international talent to gain professional working experience and kick start their professional careers. An internship program at the crossroad between academia and industry, mixing applied research with purpose driven business initiatives.
During the internship, the students and young researchers will be able to work in an international environment for a minimum period of four months supporting our Research agenda.
The candidates admitted will have the opportunity to develop their bachelor or master thesis (under supervision of a Research & Development member) in one of our four main strategic knowledge areas: health and nutrition, food naturalness, food technology and food sustainability.

- Bachelor/Master students: Min. 4 months (preferably 6 months)

Compensation
- Bachelor/Master students: Grant of 3000 € for 6 months (500€/month)
- Predoctoral/Postdoc students: see available vacancies
Tasks
Depending on the profile of the applicant, they will be assigned to different projects into our 4 research áreas (Health & Nutrition, Food Technology, Food Naturalness and Food Sustainability) at different stages of the Innovation Process.
Eligibility/profiles
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor and Master students on Science degrees (e.g., Nutrition, Food Science and Technology, Environmental science, Biochemistry, Biostatistics, Public Health…)
- Anyone passionate to have an impact on the society, interested in learning, collaborating and sharing!

Send us your CV and a motivation letter with the subject “Hero International Internship Program Application”. Interns will undergo a selection process and will sign an Internship agreement upon acceptance. The internships usually are covered with a research/internship agreement with the university.
